Various forms of shop floor data collection can be incorporated to reduce administration.

The quality control module includes customer complaints and corrective actions along with calibration control. The purchasing module incorporates requisition and order raising along with a purchase order authorisation system. Suppliers delivery notes and invoices can be entered and matched against orders. Purchase returns can be made with debit notes automatically raised. All reports and data can be easily exported into spreadsheet or word processing packages or automatically faxed or emailed directly.
